One day for most categories. Cranes and machines requiring special transport carry a minimum of three days to cover mobilisation.

Most standard units reach sites in Dubai and Sharjah within 24 hours of a confirmed order. Urgent same-day mobilisation can usually be arranged before noon.
Yes - all seven emirates. Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah are served from local yards, and we hold RTA permits for heavy and oversized transport.
Our technical team remains available throughout the hire for support, guidance and maintenance assistance, including a 24/7 breakdown line.
Call the support line. A mobile service unit is dispatched, and where a repair cannot be completed quickly we supply a replacement machine.

Yes. Every unit goes through routine inspection and preventive maintenance in our in-house workshop, and is handed over with an inspection record.
Certified and trained operators can be arranged for selected equipment, based on project needs and site safety requirements.
All equipment meets local safety regulations and industry standards, and lifting appliances carry valid third-party certification.
Certificates, insurance details, inspection records and risk assessments are issued before mobilisation as standard.
Yes - attachments, tyres, exhaust arrangements and platform configurations can be adjusted to match the site and permit requirements.

New clients start on advance payment. Credit terms of 30 to 60 days are available for established accounts and long-term contracts.
A refundable deposit applies to short-term hires and is waived for contract clients with an approved credit account.
The hirer is responsible for the machine while it is on site. We provide comprehensive insurance details and can advise on cover.
Give us 24 hours notice. Charging stops at collection, and you receive an off-hire confirmation with the condition report.
